1. Digital Product Policy

Because MakeMyCVOnline delivers instant access to downloadable digital PDF files immediately upon checkout, standard physical return policies do not apply.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You are fully eligible for a prompt refund if:

• You experienced a technical failure that prevented you from downloading your generated PDF file after payment.
• You were accidentally charged twice for a single transaction.
• The delivered PDF contains critical rendering glitches caused by our engine.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email within 14 days of purchase to support@makemycvonline.com with:

1. Your Payment Receipt / Stripe Transaction ID.
2. A brief description of the technical issue faced.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or bank account via Stripe).
